Hosting and distribution
The site is hosted on a server located in the European Union by:
- OVH SAS — RCS Lille Métropole 424 761 419
- 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France
- Phone: 1007 from France, +33 9 72 10 10 07 from abroad — ovhcloud.com
The domain name and the site's traffic are relayed by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (cloudflare.com). Cloudflare does not host the pages: it protects and speeds up the site by passing requests on to the OVH server, and may keep a temporary cached copy of them.
The audience measurement tool used by the site and the app (OpenPanel) is installed by the publisher on that same OVH server: no outside analytics provider is involved.
The app is distributed on iPhone by Apple, through the App Store (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland). When it is released on Android, it will be distributed by Google through Google Play.
Intellectual property
The name Nagi, the logo, the mascot and all of its variations, the illustrations, the screenshots, the texts, as well as the structure and the design of the site and the app are the property of Timothé Duc. The mascots and the illustrations were created by the publisher.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means, is prohibited without the publisher's prior written permission, other than private copying and short quotations with a credit to the source (Articles L.122-4 and L.122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
Apple, App Store, iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple Health, HealthKit and iCloud are trademarks of Apple Inc. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Mentioning them implies no affiliation and no sponsorship.
Personal data and cookies
The site sets no cookies, and therefore shows no consent banner. The only audience measurement is carried out without cookies or persistent identifiers, by an OpenPanel instance installed on the publisher's server. Cloudflare may set a strictly technical cookie, only during a security check.
The health data you enter in the app stays on your phone: the publisher has no access to it. The detail of the processing carried out, its legal bases and your rights are set out in the privacy policy. The data controller is Timothé Duc, at the contact details given above.
Nagi is not a medical device
Nagi is a personal logbook. The app is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745: it provides no diagnosis, no forecast and no treatment recommendation, and it does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.
The correlations, the days flagged “to watch” and the weather data are readings of your own history, provided for information only. If a headache is unusual or sudden, or comes with neurological symptoms, seek medical care without delay or call your emergency services — 112 across the European Union, 911 in the United States, 15 for the SAMU in France.
